I have been working at a manufacturing company for the past 3 months, but I have not received an offer letter or a joining letter. During the interview, no information was provided to me regarding the probation period.

I have asked my manager multiple times, but each time he has provided me with false information. Could you please advise me on what steps I should take to obtain my offer or joining letter as soon as possible?
