Preparing for UGC NET in Management: Which HRM and Strategy Books Do You Recommend?

I am preparing for UGC NET in management and making my own notes. HRM is my elective, and for that, I am referring to Subba Rao's book "Essentials of HRM." However, I want to refer to one more author to cover the whole syllabus. Please suggest some authors' books for HRM, organizational behavior, and corporate strategy.
