Please suggest me some authors/books for ugc net/jrf

I am preparing for ugc net in management and making my own notes and hrm is my elective, for that referring subba rao book essentials of hrm but want to refer one more author to cover whole syllabus. please suggest me some authors books for hrm and organisation behaviour and corporate strategy.
