Hi, I think Subba Rao's book "Essentials of HRM" is useful for understanding the basics of HR, and "Organizational Behavior" by Awsatapa will provide knowledge of management. Hope it's useful to you. If you know of any other authors for HRM and OB, please tell me as I am preparing for UGC NET.
