Seeking Advice on Organizing Employee Awards: What Criteria and Categories Should I Consider?

I am organizing HR awards for the employees. Please help me in evaluating the employees (on what basis and parameters), and also, I want to know the types of awards such as Best Sales - Country, Best Employee of the Year, Mr. Punctual, etc.

Dear Roop,

You may award the highest attendance achiever of the year by calculating the number of days present, including sanctioned leaves and weekly offs. Secondly, you may conduct some technical quiz programs in groups/section-wise and award the team with the highest score by testing the depth of the working knowledge of the team members.
