ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, P.T., Labour License, Trade License, and the welfare of employees depend on the type of company. For a manufacturing company, compliance is as per the Factories Act. If the company is registered under the Shops and Establishment Act, you need to follow those specific rules and regulations.
