Confused.........

HI All,
My name is sourabh. I am in a dilemma related to my career path.
I am persuing MBA in HR from IMT-DLP.
I am currently associated with a well-known consulting firm which is involved in recruitment,T&D,Hr consulting.
The company is owned by IIM Ahmedabad alumni
I am involved in recruitments and BD activities.
Now i have worked with call centres for 2 years and i have a strong insight of call centres.
So, i want to persue my carreer in a call centre HR Deptt.
Now, I am working with this consultancy for the last 4 months.
How much time should i stay there.
Can some one give me the and list of call centres and HR contacts in delhi/ncr
How should i approach for looking a bpo hr job

Hi Saurabh,
I would suggest, try to find out the names of BPOs and start applying there directly.
Else you can register yourself with other consulants working in the relevant field, find out through various job portals. It should not be much difficult.
