You want someone to help you design an incentive plan for yourself. Just read that last line again and how does it make you feel?
If you aren't able to draw an incentive plan for your ownself, how are you able to train others to achieve deliverables that you are not even remotely connected with?
What you are asking for is the same as asking your colleagues' neighbours to draw your life plan for you.
What are your ambitions? What do you desire? How much are you worth? How do you want to be paid? How often do you want to be paid? How do you want your customers to value you? What are you offering your clients? What is the value of your offerings to your customers? How do your clients value you? How much do you value your services, knowledge and passion?
These are some questions to be considered for inclusion in your incentive structure. And, believe me, if you don't have the confidence to draw your own incentive plan, it must be definitely showing when you interact with your clients to negotiate your rates. And, if that is true, then that is something you really want to work on and overcome.
