Dear Senior,
How to attach the file i am receiving an error while attaching.
i followed the steps below to attach the file.
Manage Attachments = Upload a file from the computer = browse=upload = upload error.
can you please help me how to solve the issue.

Lets try/upload with GOOGLE CHROME follow the below mentiod prcedure to upload the file .
Manage attachments=Brouse=select the file=open/Insert=upload then wait for few minutes
please let us know.
