Dear all
i have a querry that we our company is opening a new unit or unit 2. so either we have to applied for seperate registration for ESIC . or we can show the employee in unit 1 esic code .
pls help me to solve this problem

Dear sir
we are executing toll plaza work and employees are working in various remote location, there is no any esic dispensary or hospital near our toll plaza. Therefor suggest me is the esic is compulsory to deduct from employee or not.
