If any vendors or contractors not register his name in PF and esic dept.Then the principal employer take the all liability we are need some judgment of any state ? Pl. send me court judgment.

My boss is not ready to accept liability of security service provider employees under EPF Act.

If the Security agency does not deduct the EPF or even it does not have a EPF code No to contribute, It is the duty of the Principal employer to deduct and contribute to the EPF for all elgilble empoyees.
This applicable not only for security services it applicable to all contract services under a principal employer.

Reading of the Orissa Cement vs. Union of India judgement seems to differ from the general views regarding Principal Employer's duty to deduct PF.

I know the security services and all contractual employees are eligible to for EPF if working at principle employer establishment and having authority to principle employer to deduct the amount of EPF contribution from contractor bills and deposit in his own code no. but i required any judgment or any correspondence related to that so i can explain to them.
