So, it's a complete HR + Marketing + Sales job. The scope is as good as you take interest in the field.
The general growth graph in this kind of work profile is that you will either stay in the consultancy and grow to become a team leader, Business Development Manager, Unit Manager, or Branch Manager.
If you remain involved in the complete business transactions, then you can further opt for sales and marketing, especially service or concept marketing profiles in the job market with other corporates.
If you remain involved in recruitment side activities, you can specialize in HR and seek opportunities in Corporates. To begin with, you would be offered something in recruitment, and then gradually over the years with building experience and learning efforts, you may explore other specialist areas such as T&D, MIS, PMS, or an all-in-one generalist profile.
Whatever your career choice, you need to initially give in your hard work and be patient until you find your career calling.
Whatever you choose to do, make sure you love it. Don't chase money, status, fame, or the fanciness associated with certain profiles and position titles.
