Last week, I attended an interview at an MNC. The HR manager asked me a few questions to which I am unable to find answers:
1. What is recruitment time out?
2. What is the common process of Performance Appraisal Management?
3. How do you calculate pension (if a staff member asks for their pension amount)?
4. What is PAS time out?
5. What is the training duration?
Another question I have is regarding a small office where only a few staff members are working. Even though the staff does not have an assistant, their designation is Manager. Similarly, I do not have an assistant, but my designation is HR Manager. Is it appropriate to have a designation when there is no assistance or anyone under us?
