1) The objective of the presentation should be clear.
2) Emphasize (deep focus) on the benefits (to the school and students) of the objectives of the presentation/topic/agenda.
3) Correlate with a few examples for easy understanding.

Understand your school authorities' requirements before you deliver the presentation because it is very difficult to read human minds through their faces.
