Salary Grid

Dear Seniors,
Can someone help me with a salary grid for a Construction Company. I am primarily looking at a sheet which can immediately help me in fixing the salary of an employee with regards to his experience and qualification.

Salary range is varied in construction Industries. It differs from sector to sector. Some companies who are in O&G field construction pays more than other sectors. It can not be correlated for fixing the salary range in your company.
