Seeking Help to Draft HR Policies on Leave, Punctuality, and Uninformed Absences – Any Advice?

Can anyone help me in preparing the HR Policy for my organization? I want to create the following policies in the organization:

- a) Leave Policy
- b) Late Coming Policy
- c) Taking Leave Without Informing

Also, please let me know some termination formats for terminating an employee who has not informed and attended the duties.

Enclosed please find herewith the draft leave rules along with the procedure to avail of the leave and draft notice of salary deduction for late coming and early going for your information. These may be of some help to you in designing your own leave policy, etc.

Hi Friends,

One of my employees is taking leave without informing his reporting manager, and moreover, he is doing this often. When we try to reach him to inquire about a particular project, his phone is not reachable. We need to send him a disciplinary notice. Kindly guide me.
