I request anyone to draft a letter for the Food Inspector to issue a license with the change of a new manager and the new address of the company.

As I am also on the same page, I wish to apply for a PF change of address. They suggested collecting Form 5A available in the stockroom, filling it out, and then visiting the Enforcement Office on Mysore Road. Submit a covering letter and Form 5A, get the acknowledgment, and submit one more copy to your regional office for another acknowledgment. They will update the address in their records.
