I have difficulty in teaching the students and the employees to manage their time so that they handle their assignments with least effort. Can anyone provide me with a PowerPoint presentation on time management (practicable in colleges & organization)?

Previously, I worked in a manufacturing organization where many managers complained of time shortages and requested extensions to submit reports. This issue primarily stems from poor time management and work prioritization. Teaching people practical time management skills could greatly benefit the community. Before you attempt to educate your students and employees on TIME MANAGEMENT, kindly study how you manage your own time. Obtain more details from your students and employees about their DAILY ACTIVITIES, including the TIME TAKEN TO COMPLETE EACH ACTIVITY ON A DAILY BASIS. Compare this with the TOTAL TIME AVAILABLE, TIME REQUIRED TO COMPLETE EACH ASSIGNMENT, and the EFFECTIVE UTILIZATION OF REMAINING TIME IN A DAY.

Please remember, PRODUCTIVITY is directly proportional to EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT. Once you understand the entire process, you will be better positioned to create your own PowerPoint presentation, eliminating the need to rely on those prepared by others.
