I have difficulty in teaching the students and the employees to manage their time so that they handle their assignments with least effort. Can anyone provide me with a ppt on time management (practicable in colleges & organization)?

If some one provides your TM - PPT, are you sure you can teach your students and employees in managing their time, resulting in effective time management.
1) Kindly do let me know more about yourself including your role.
2) If you are faculty(engineering or medical sciences) in professional educational institution, since how long you are in to your profession?
3) Have you ever trained using AUDIO VISUAL AIDS supporting your program deliver?
As such there are many TM-PPT's available in this forum. Kindly use the RESEARCH facility, on the top of the window.

Dear Sir,
I am a visiting lecturer in Engineering College in Bhutan. I often hear my students complaining of shortage of time to complete the assignments in time. Before this I used to work in a manufacturing organization where most of the managers complained of shortage of time and used to request for time exension to submit reports. It is mostly a problem of time management and work prioritization. If we can teach the people how to manage time practicably, it will of great help to the community. As you suggested, I will go through the TM-PPTs available. At the same time I would like to request you for your advice/suggestions.

Before your attempt to educate your students and employees on TIME MANAGEMENT, kindly do study, as how you are able to manage your time.
Get more details from your students and employees about their DAILY ACTIVITIES including TIME TAKE TO COMPLETE EACH ACTIVITY PER DAY BASIS, followed by comparison with TOTAL TIME AVAILABLE, TIME TAKEN TO COMPLETE EACH ASSIGNMENT, EFFECTIVE UTILIZATION OF LEFT TIME IN A DAY.
Kindly do remember, PRODUCTIVITY is directly proportional to EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT.
Once you understand the total process, you would be in a comfortable position to prepare your own PPT, as such you need not rely on those prepared by others....
