I work in a BPO, and we are planning to start a Training and Development division separately to continuously provide training programs for various employees on different topics. The first and foremost focus will be on communication, personality development, etc. Could anyone help me with a questionnaire or any other form that will assist me in assessing the training needs and rating the employees? This will make it easier for us to determine who needs training on specific topics.
