I have prepared the Andhra Pradesh Shops & Establishment Act Manual. If anybody can provide me with additional points to include and cover all the information about the AP Shop Act, I would appreciate it.

Please advise if the company with its head office in Noida and already registered as per UP Shop Act in UP will still have to register its Bangalore office with Karnataka Govt.

Can anybody tell me what is the fee for the renewal of registration under the Shop and Establishment Act in Andhra Pradesh?

Can anybody confirm whether these registers are maintained manually or if they can be managed through an online system (computer-based).

While getting the registration certificate/renewal, you can obtain an exemption from the labor commissioner for maintaining hard copies of registers and keeping the same in soft copy. Whenever there is an audit from clients/government officials, we must show the registers to them with a round seal and authorized signature.
