Need Module/course Material For Personality Development

hello seniors,
im new over here so im not getting the correct way to search for my topic....
i need ur help to design a module for personality development.
im teaching this topic in other institute but over there i have to tell them in brief about personality grooming.
now as i have open my own institute and im planning to provide the classes over there so for that i need the complete module& im not getting the ideas how to design and what topics should be covered...
so i really need help in that...
