HI KIRTI; first of all this is not happening only with you ;almost all organisations are having such type of people and tendency; so cool down ;you can not and need not change them ;you need to ignore them ;concentatate on your work ;form and develope your own group and you will find your problem is solved ;yogeshchandra

But what if am hanging with my frendz (a boy Mayb)on a weekend & sum1 frm my office sees then what should i do??
HOw shud i respond??
SHud i introduce them ?? or walk away from the situation??
