Distinguishing Between HRD, HRM, and PM: Exploring Key Differences and Concepts

Please help me out with this. I need to know the difference between HRD (Human Resource Development), HRM (Human Resource Management), and PM (Personnel Management).

When you create and utilize your company's policies and procedures, we can relate to HRD. If the same practices are already being implemented, identifying areas for improvement can be referred to as HRM. In project management (PM), we can prepare records and showcase our potential in supporting staff.

Could you please confirm if my explanation is correct or incorrect?
