Salary Range Of A HR Recruiter?????

Hi 2 all,
Can anyone tell me that wht should be the salary of a recruiter??...I know it
overall depend your work and responsibilities but still want ruff idea....

for 1+ it ranges at 10 to 11k
for 2+ it ranges at 13k - 14 k
for 3+(i.e Senior level recruiter) , it ranges at 16- 18k

Salary of recruiter depends on experience and their closures...........
------> For fresher it can starts from 6K
------> For candidates having 1 year experience, salary ranges from 8K - 10K

And what about HR- Generalist
Is the same remuneration applicable to them...????

For HR Generalist it is completely differ from company to company, and all it depends upon company remuneration policy.
for experience of 2-3 years it will be something between 18000 pm to 25000 pm depending upon the experience and industry you are.

It varies with respect to experience, industry type and company to company. All these are just rough figures. I enquired few friends of mine and am posting their salary ranges.
For freshers : 8k - 10k
For 1-2yrs : 10k - 18k
For 2-3yrs : 15k - 25k
For 3-4yrs : 20k - 30k
For 4-5yrs : 25k - 40k
