Understanding PF Contribution in Gujarat: Is It Based on Basic Salary or Total Minimum Wage?

Can someone help me to understand how the PF contribution is calculated in Gujarat? Is it mandatory to include "min. wages" entirely - Basic + special allowance for PF contribution? Or should PF be calculated only on basic? For example, Basic Rs. 150 + Special Allowance Rs. 50 = Min wage Rs. 200.00. Will PF be deducted on Rs. 150 or on Rs. 200?

The deduction is on Rs. 150, as the special allowance is not considered under DA or minimum wages.
