Manpower Productivity Calculation

Hi,
I am doing a study on Manpower Productivity in a Hospital.
Can any one share with me :
1. Does any hospital in India has ever conducted Time Motion study for their employees.
2. What will be the appropriate way of calculating the manpower Productivity in Hospital wher machines also play a very very critical role.

Yes there are hospitals which conducted time and motion study and its of a huge study on which initially you should be trained. And also machines also play a main part. Provide me the inputs on which hospital you want to do and other relevant details. I will certainly help you out.
