Case Study On Operations

Dear Frnds,
I am doing my PGDBA in Operations, can you please help me with the case studies of Operations. Where topics from financial management such as An analysis of Demand and Capacity, A study of Planning Strategies in public sector, A study of JIT in a government organization, JIT Manufacturing, JIT Purchasing, KANBAN-An Integrated JIT System in a Japanese company, Six sigma applications etc.

Require to submit 4 case studies in Opertions where the SWOT analysis is used.
I am not able to understand how should i complete the same.
Can you please help me on the same.

The best way to go about is search the web using key words from the list you have provided. Read articles, etc., digest the contents, and write a draft and post it here and request help to improve the script.
