HR Internship Ideas: What Projects Should I Consider for My Summer Experience?

I am doing my internship on the topic of recruitment and selection. It would be very helpful if I could get any questionnaires based on this topic and also any sample report.

Where are you studying and in what mode?

Please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organization). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.

I am currently pursuing an MBA in HR. I have to prepare a project for my internship on the effectiveness and scope of employee referrals in the process of recruitment and selection. I am very confused regarding the questionnaire that I have to create. I have made a few questions, but my faculty guide rejected them. She advised me to create a standard questionnaire or a questionnaire using only one scale. If anybody can help me or provide some samples of questionnaires related to my topic, please reply. I am eagerly waiting.
