Where are you studying and in what mode?

Please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.

I am not sure if you have read any literature on questionnaire design. If not, go to questionnaire design + guidelines - Google Search= Also see <link outdated-removed> where an MBA project is attached as an example.

When I started my management course, years ago, I also did not know. However, I read books etc and learnt. Now, you have everything available on the net. Please access the websites suggested in my above post and do the needful. You will learn a lot that way.

i am doing mba in hr. i have to prepare a project for my internship on effectiveness and scope of employee referrals in the process of recruitment and selection. i am very confused regarding the questionnaire which i have to made. i have made a 2 , 3 questionnaire but my faculty guide had reject that she told me to make standard questionnaire or make questionnaire on one scale only. if anybody can help me or send me some samples of questionanire in regarding of my questionanire then plz rply i am waiting
