Ashraf, I suggest go for a full time course rather than a distance learning course. It will add more value to your profile. Also it will give you more return on your investment on time and money.

As per my view madurai kamraj university also UGC/AICTE/DEC approved.
it may that, Symbosis institute of management not approved by UGC/AICTE/DEC it is pvt.institute

If you want to work as an HR, do your course in premier institute in regular. Or if you have work experience as HR do it in distance education.
Most of the MNC's value regular courses more than the distance courses.

In India, I found University of Mysore quite valuable for MBA programs. And these days, UOM has started offering its degree courses through online distance learning mode too.
One can easily enroll for University of Mysore's prestigious degree programs through online mode of learning too through U18 platform.
