Which Universities Offer AICTE/UGC/DEC Approved Distance Learning MBA in HR?

I want to know which universities are approved by AICTE/UGC/DEC for distance learning MBA in HR.

There are many universities in India like IGNOU, Annamalai University, Madras University, Bharathidasan University, Anna University, and Pondicherry University with Loyola - Twinning programme, and many more.

As per my view, Madurai Kamaraj University is also UGC/AICTE/DEC approved. It may be that Symbiosis Institute of Management is not approved by UGC/AICTE/DEC as it is a private institute. I successfully completed my MBA in HR with Madurai Kamaraj University.
