Is there any law violation if Election Day holiday is compensated with another working Day in the week, I have gone through Poeple Representation Act Sec 135 B, but no where it is mentioned that compensating Election Day Holiday is illegal, Being A HR in Factory i have to optimise the production, thus can it be done ?
Also, We will pay pid Holiday to our workers in the factory and compensate it with other day?
