Hello, my project is titled "Identification of Training Needs in the Banking Sector." In this project, I will conduct a comparative analysis of two private banks and two public banks, or possibly one private bank and one public bank. I do not have a questionnaire or analysis part prepared. Please provide me with a comparative analysis of a bank, and I will work on it myself. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

You need to do the comparative analysis yourself, not expect other people to do your work for you. It is you who is doing the MBA, not us. Talk to your tutor about what is required and then source the material you require from the library, Google, the banks themselves, etc. Come back to CiteHR when you have completed your project, and then other members can give you some further advice to tweak your project to completion.

The Importance of Preparing a Project Report

Preparation of a project report is woven into the course curriculum to help someone acquire the knowledge and learn how to do such projects systematically, especially if they are employed as an HR person later in a company. Probably, your course content would provide you with ample input, and your project guide would be able to assist you. Taking help from this forum and using the format (if someone sends it to you through this forum) may affect your creativity. Nothing comes without effort. Go to the library, meet some friends, and interact with your senior batchmates. However, do not expect people to spoon-feed you.
