I work for an MNC company with 150 employees.The departments are Marketing,sales, tele sales, tech support. I want to propose suitable engagement and retention actions for my company Can you pls share with the same.

In our company some ideas are followed like Family visit to the organisation and make them feel like home, Birthday Celebration, Appreciation letter, Rewards, Work Recognization, Open House Meetings, Buddy System, Incetive, Movies, Motivational Programme etc. I hope this will be useful for you.
