Instead of asking people for one, go out and find various samples on the internet and create one for yourself. And, if none of these are possible, find a good copy writer and pay them to prepare one for your organisation. Lastly, think about this:
Why would any student want to start their career in an organisation which doesn't even have the basic proficiency to churn out a charming prospecting letter? Would you?
