Hi,

Experience of full recruitment life cycle, high ability to understand the job requirements of the client, and competency in mapping consultant profiles against the requirements. Recruiters with excellent command over English should be sincere, very consistent in sourcing the best resumes in the least turnaround time. They should be proactive, highly energetic, target-driven, enthusiastic individuals with good communication skills (oral and written). Must be open to working long hours independently and delivering under intense pressure and high company expectations.

Hi,

Apart from the above-mentioned, you can also include the following, if required, depending upon your organizational needs:

- Managing the Recruitment Function
- Developing the Annual Recruitment Plan based on projected manpower requirements for the organization
- Forecasting and managing budgets for the recruitment department
- Recruitment branding in various campuses
- Mapping competencies of team members along with Manager Training & Development and determining their training needs
- Preparing and sending the communication pack to recruitment partners
- Managing the performance of team members
- Conducting timely Review Meetings with the management to report progress and resolve issues
- Developing vendor relationships
- Negotiating and signing agreements/contracts with consultants
- Interacting with PR for the release of advertisements
- Finalizing and sending Job Descriptions for the required profiles

Namrata
