Experience of Full Recruitment Life Cycle, HIGH ability to understand the job requirements of the Client & competency in mapping of consultant profiles against the requirements.
Recruiters with Excellent Command over English .
Should be Sincere, Very Consistent in sourcing best resumes in the least turnaround time.
Should be proactive, highly energetic, target driven, enthusiastic person with good communication skills (oral & written).
Must be open to work long hours independently and deliver under intense pressure and high company expectations.

Managing the Recruitment Function
Develop the Annual Recruitment Plan based on projected manpower requirements for the organization
Forecast and manage budgets for the recruitment department
Recruitment branding in various campus
Map competencies of team members along with Manager Training & Development and determine their training needs
Prepare and send the communication pack to recruitment partners
Manage Performance of team members
Conduct timely Review Meetings with the management to report progress and resolve issues
Develop vendor
