No Salary Slip Provided by Employer – How Should I Handle This Situation?

I am working in a company. Two days ago, I received my first salary. I asked the HR and company representative for my salary slip or payment slip. However, they informed me that it is not part of our policy. What should I do? Please suggest.

Some companies have this type of policy where they do not provide salary slips to their staff.

FYI - I am working with a private limited firm, which is a sister concern of a huge parent company. To my shock, I came to know step by step that here they do not practice providing salary slips, formal appointment letters, confirmation letters, appraisal systems, medical insurance, proper leave systems, etc.

Anyways, if you have joined the firm, now learn, grow, increase your capabilities for at least a year, then look out for a good company and confirm with them beforehand about these things.

Anyways, now that you have joined the firm, focus on learning, growing, and enhancing your capabilities for at least a year. After that, consider looking for a better company and ensure beforehand that they provide these essential benefits.

Congratulations on your first salary! There don't seem to be any policies of that kind that I have come across. Anyway, if you are really in need, then you can opt for a direct or indirect approach.

Direct approach: Politely request your HR again to provide you with the monthly pay slips. If this works out, great. If not, then try the following indirect approach:

Indirect approach: Write a letter or email to your HR requesting monthly pay slips as they are needed to be submitted to the bank for my education loan repayment to commence. If any questions arise, simply state that this is the bank's policy for loan repayment.
