This is a really good presentation. As it says, we are just talking about the team efforts but not working towards it. Spending time unnecessarily in analysis alone instead of working towards it is really a waste of time.

Thank you for your comments. As you mentioned, we are simply wasting time on planning and analysis alone rather than taking proper action. Additionally, there are too many bosses directing too few subordinates towards the goal, leading to failures in achieving targets.

Furthermore, individuals who put in significant effort often go unrecognized, while those who simply give commands are rewarded. This is the prevailing situation in many industries, particularly the manufacturing sector.

While some may disagree with my opinion, it is indeed a reality. As HR professionals, we must educate them on the importance of team effort, rather than just team management.

What you say is correct. Most organizations are spending time only in meetings and planning progress, whereas they are failing in action. The management should give due importance to the action part with proper planning. They should not neglect planning as well as implementation.

I am finding the PowerPoint presentation incomplete. I don't know the conclusion as the author wants to say. It might be that none want to take responsibility for ineffectiveness and instead want to play the blame game. Also, it always seems like the juniors are the scapegoats.
