I am working in one of the company in Hyderabad, India. i joined in this organization on Dec 2010, but since i was on bench. i mentioned i cant to be relocated for at least 6months while accepting the offer letter . Today the HR executive called me and told that i had been terminated as they do not have any project more and company business not good. This happened to 10 more friends of mine sitting in bench with me. they are not ready to give 2 months of notice period also.
HR asking me to put the resignation papers on Monday i.e on 18th April so that they can send me the relieving letter with in 15 days. or else they told that they can issue termination letter.
please suggest shall i have to submit the resignation or wait for termination letter. which is better?
how can i move forward as company behaving like this as they know that they dont have projects on Jan 2011 itself. and asking me to go away in 15 days.
