Starts A New Garment Factory With New Person

This is Faiyaz from Jamshedpur city in Jharkhand. I have set up a small unit for women's undergarments. The necessary machinery has been installed, and I have already completed the trial run, which yielded good results. However, manpower is a significant issue in Jharkhand for the garment industry. I am seeking advice on whether to hire experienced workers from different states or to develop/train individuals from Jharkhand.

Even you can calculate Manpower requirement by your self like, to handle one such machine how many resources you needed, if relevant experience then how many and if fresher then how many...

I can say you that you calculate experience resources 1:2, means 1 experience resource is equal to 2 fresher resources.

I suggest you to go for experience resources first becoz you are in the initial stage and new to market, experiences resources can support you in terms of productive out flow and handling some issues were as fresher resources cannot do due to lack of experience’s…

Once you capture the market then you can hire fresher resources.

Thanks for your nice suggestion, But Mr. Siraj now I want to be first developed this factory unit @ jharkhand only then I try to look forward. Anyway would you like to gives any reference at Jharkhand state.
