I am new to joining the manufacturing company and I want information about the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB). What is the registration procedure? Which documents are required for the registration? I am waiting for your reply.

You don't have to register, but rather you will have to fill in and submit a form for Consent - Air and Water Pollution. Each form costs Rs. 100/- and is available at the MPCB Office. The required annexures are mentioned in the form.

To proceed, you need to submit an application for the Air & Water Act to obtain consent from the PCB. Additionally, you must also submit the Environmental Management Plan.

We are applying for MPCB consent - Orange renewal. I need some help with the renewal type - normal/auto, which is easier, and the meaning of IIN Number and EC in MPCB Consent. Please provide appropriate suggestions.
