Dear all,
I am new join the manifacturing company i want information about Maharashtra Pollution Control Bord (MPCB).
What is the registration Procedure?
Which document are required for the registration?
i am waiting for your replay.

You don;t have to register but rather you will have to fill in & submit Form for Consent -Air and Water Pollution
Each form is costing Rs. 100/- and is available in MPCB Office. What all annexures are required is mentioned in the form.

For that you have to submit application for Air & Water Act application to get the consent order from PCB , also you have to submit Environmental Management Plan, etc.,
