Seeking Help: Where Can I Find Agencies to Hire Retired Army Professionals?

We are in the process of hiring retired Army professionals in our company. I have heard that there are placement agencies that help in hiring retired Army personnel. If anyone can give me some clues as to where I can find these agencies or recommend a good agency in particular, it would be greatly appreciated.

Please search for Army Placement Agency, and you will find the website of the Army Placement where you can search for retired army officers. We have hired 4 people from there.

I am an ex-Army Officer myself, now on my own. The best way to get suitable officers would be to contact the Director General Resettlement. For example, in Pune, they have a Deputy Director; they would have one in Bangalore, one in Chandigarh, one in Lucknow, one could be in Mumbai, one in Kolkata, and one in Udhampur, etc.

You can contact the Directorate General of Resettlement, RK Puram, New Delhi. You may get the address from the Indian Army website or Google it.

In Bangalore, you can contact the resettlement cell at the Sub Area headquarters on Cubbon Road for this purpose. Similarly, all Sub Area HQs have such cells.

Well, my dad is an Army officer, and as rightly mentioned by many people, the best way is to get through the Army Placement Agency located in Kashmir House on Rajaji Marg or get in touch with Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) situated in R.K. Puram. They have a list of details and records of all army personnel, and the one who matches your requirements would be informed. You can find out the details once you get in touch with them.
