I am also looking for an opportunity in Pune. I was working as an HR generalist in a pharma company in Mumbai. I have just 1.6 years of experience. I have recently moved to Pune and am looking for a change.

Well, I just came across your CV. I should say that I'm really impressed. I was working in an environment where only traditional HR practices were being carried out (Recruitment, Induction, PMS, Leave Management, etc.) and where little attention was given to new initiatives by the HR department. As acknowledged in your CV that you have worked as an OD consultant, please tell me when exactly an organization requires an OD intervention. I mean to ask at what stage and what steps are taken to convince that it is required in an organization.
