You rightly said that in the present scenario, getting a good job is merely a combination of reference and luck. But what if a person is very talented but not that social?

First of all, register yourself with job portals like Monster or Naukri. Try to build up your social network with professionals. You can also check the local newspapers, employment papers, or some reputed consultancies in your locality. However, for this, you first need a strong CV/resume.
