I m new to dis site as well in HR sector. I worked 2.4 years in a broking firm in Operations but now i want to switch to HR. Could you please help me naming some training institutes or regular courses so that i can get some practical knowledge about HR. Or u can suggest me smthng else which helps me to understand HR so that i feel confident wen going 4 an HR interview.
