I was recently selected in a company for a search engine marketing profile via an HR recruitment firm. The company even released my offer letter; they actually sent me a soft copy of it. I had to join my new company on the 15th of April. So, I resigned from my old job on the 15th of March as we had a one-month notice period. Everything was going smoothly until today. I received a call from my new company stating that they cannot recruit me as the project on which I was supposed to work is not with them anymore. Now I am in a fix. I have lost my new job, and I have already resigned from my old one. My last working day in my old company is the 14th of April. Please advise me on what I should do.
