How Can We Create Relaxed and Enjoyable Friday Sessions for Our Shy Team?

Hi all, I would like to have interactive and fun sessions at my company on Fridays when everyone is feeling relaxed after finishing their work. Please suggest. I'd also like to mention that most of the employees here do not enjoy activities that involve being asked to do tasks. They are quite shy in their approach.
