Hey all, I am doing my internship in one of the MNCs where I have been assigned a project to identify the recruitment processes of different companies such as Britannia, Parle, Infosys, Wipro, and so on. The task involves conducting a comparative analysis of the recruitment processes of these companies and then preparing a recruitment manual.

Could you please help me by suggesting some techniques to approach this project? I would be very thankful for your assistance.

Hey, while checking the various trends, also note the trend of hiring through social networking sites like LinkedIn and Facebook. Recruitment through social networking sites accounts for around 5% of total recruitment and is increasing. Additionally, you can observe the increasing trend of interviewing through video conferencing due to the rise of overseas recruitment.
