Here are the details HRMIS should have.
Addition of employees
Deletion of employees
Off campus recruitment statistics
on campus recruitment statistics
Salary increments
end of the month strength of the employees in department wise.
Any allowances paid.
project trainees in the month.
Absent details
Travel details
Contract employees, if there is. etc...
Totally i can say this is mirror of HR activities on monthly basis.
