I am a beginner in Cite HR and also a novice in my career :) But I have the opportunity to work for a private limited company as an HR. I am in the process of setting up the basic HR practices and would appreciate your help and guidance. Q: If an employee is taking leave on a weekly holiday, compensatory off is being given. But what if an employee is expected to work on all Sundays (weekly off)? How can it be compensated? Please provide your valuable inputs.
