Has Maharashtra Lowered the ESIC Coverage Limit to 10 Employees? Looking for Notification Details

Under the ESIC Act 1948 - The State Govt. has been requested to issue a notification under Section 1(5) on the lines of Section 2(12) keeping the threshold limit for coverage as 10 employees instead of 20.

My question - Has the Maharashtra Govt. issued a notification lowering the threshold limit for coverage to 10 employees - if yes, can you provide the notification number or date of the notification?

Not sure about the Maharashtra government, but recently the Delhi government issued a circular regarding this. Please refer to the Maharashtra ESIC weblink; it might help you. (I am not sure)
