Has Maharashtra Lowered the ESIC Coverage Limit to 10 Employees? Looking for Notification Details

Under the ESIC Act 1948, the State Government has been requested to issue a notification under Section 1(5) on the lines of Section 2(12), keeping the threshold limit for coverage as 10 employees instead of 20.

My Question

Has the Maharashtra Government issued a notification lowering the threshold limit for coverage to 10 employees? If yes, can you provide the notification number or date of the notification?

Not sure about the Maharashtra government, but recently the Delhi government issued a circular regarding this. Please refer to the Maharashtra ESIC weblink; it might help you. (I am not sure)
