I'am working in a software firm past 4 years but my appraisal is due since 2.5 years,please can anybody help me how to write an impressive letter to boss for knowing reason why it is been delayed.
Secondly: One of my junior(She was hired by me received her increment what should i consider it from my boss side,is he willing me to continue my job or shall i find some other opportunity.
