Seeking HR Insights: How Can We Make Our Exit Interview Reports More Effective?

Hi Folks,

We are in the process of designing a report on Exit Interviews. We have a format, but I think that needs some amendment. This report is sent to the management every month with the findings. Somehow, I find that the report is not serving the purpose. Therefore, I request professionals in HR to kindly assist me by providing a format for exit interviews or information on how this report can be designed to be conclusive and serve its purpose. Your assistance on the above query will be of great importance.
